Builders 2022 BBQ Fundraiser

Benefactors are Pack & Troop 440 and local Food Pantries.

The GHC Builder Association will host the BBQ fundraiser event at the Scout Hut, downtown Ellijay on Sat. July 9th. GHCBA is selling tickets and sponsorships. The Event ticket will include one meal and a chance to win a Char-Griller® Gravity Fed 980 Charcoal Grill ($800 value).

Scouts from the Troop & Pack 440, will volunteer at the event to serve food and run activities. Activities may include hatchet throwing, first aid relay, and timber toss. These activities will test strength, knowledge, and skill.

Points will be collected and prizes awarded to the winner. The Troop will be presenting activity winners with a handmade award. There will be 4 awards, one for each skill and a grand champion.

Meals will include a plate with 1 chicken quarter, grilled green beans with potatoes, and mac and cheese. Gatorade and lemonade will be available.

Tickets will cost $25 each including 1 chance to win the Char-Griller.

Sponsorships are available: 2 Extra Large at $500, 4 large at $250, and 9 smalls at $75.
